be filled up and handed to the Medical Adviser at the

time of the examination.

5. If finally selected for the probationary appointment you will be provided with a free first

class passage to the Colony on your signing the usual

agreement with the Crown agents for the Colonies,

ropay its cost to the Colonial Government in the

event of your leaving the service of the Goverment

ithin three years of the date of your arrival in the Colony for any other reason than mental or physical infinity.

7. You will be entitled to half salary from the date of your embarkation from this country and to full

salary from the date of your arrival in the Colony. In the event of your appointment being cancelled, you will not be entitled to any leave of absence or pay after the date of the letter by which the cancellation is notified to you, unless the Governor, subject to the
